California Privacy Statement and Notice at Collection



The California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”) requires us to provide some additional info to California residents, which we explain below. This page supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to individuals who reside in California.

The tables and descriptions that follow explain the info in our Privacy Policy using categories and definitions required by the CCPA.

Legal authorities, or others as necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the rights, or property of a third party or Nift or to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues

We have collected this information from you, your devices, our Partners and Advertisers. For purposes of California law, our communication of your Personal Information described in the above table to our Advertisers and Partners may be considered a “sale”. We do not use or disclose sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those specified. We keep your Personal Information only so long as we need it to provide the Services to you and to fulfill the purposes described here and in our Privacy Policy. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll remove it from our systems, depersonalize it so that we can't identify you, or securely store your Personal Information. We do not knowingly “share” or “sell” information about users under 16.

Your rights under the CCPA

Right to Know. You may submit a verifiable request to learn more about our information practices and for the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.

Right to Delete. You may submit a verifiable request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you.

Right to Correct. You can correct inaccurate information by updating your profile information in your account.

Right to Opt-out of Sales/Sharing: You have the right to opt out of “sharing” or “sales” of your information, which you can do as described below.

Changes and updates
